The Auditor General's Follow-up review of his original audit entitled:

In 2005, Jane Doe and other feminist activists formed a Steering Committee, that included high ranking police officers, to implement the recommendations in this document.  In 2008, the Toronto Police Service Board and the Toronto Police walked away from the process.  To date, the recommendations remain outstanding.
